These terms govern your use of the platform, hosted mining packages, account funding, rewards, and withdrawal services.

Agreement and operator
By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any package conditions shown before purchase. The platform operator is identified through the business and contact details published on this website.
Eligibility and account accuracy
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use crypto-related services in your location. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, secure your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.
Identity and compliance checks
We may require identity, address, source-of-funds, sanctions, fraud, or other compliance checks before accepting funds or enabling features. We may request additional documents and may restrict or reject an account when verification cannot be completed.
Hosted mining service
A package provides contractual access to hosted mining capacity operated or arranged by the platform. Unless expressly stated in an order, it does not transfer ownership or possession of a specific physical machine, and you have no right to enter a hosting facility.
Orders and activation
Before confirming an order, review its price, hashrate, service deduction, estimated output, lock period, and supported payment method. A package becomes active only after required verification and confirmed payment. We may reject or cancel an order and return eligible funds when activation cannot be completed.
Crypto deposits
Send only the specified asset over the specified network to the address displayed for your request. Deposits are credited after the required platform review or confirmations. Wrong networks, unsupported assets, incorrect addresses, underpayments, and third-party fees may cause delay or permanent loss.
Mining output and service charges
Mining output depends on factors outside our control, including network difficulty, block rewards, pool performance, uptime, asset prices, and operating conditions. Applicable hosting, electricity, maintenance, pool, or service charges are deducted as disclosed in the package or dashboard.
No guaranteed return
Hashrate, daily output, monthly projections, currency equivalents, and calculators are estimates. They are not guaranteed profit, interest, or investment returns. Actual output may be lower than projected and may be zero during outages or uneconomic operating conditions.
Lock periods and package closure
Package funds or principal may be unavailable during the lock period shown before activation. After that period, closure, renewal, continuation, or principal-related options are governed by the package terms and account status. Nothing in these Terms guarantees repayment beyond amounts validly recorded as available in your account.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are limited to verified, available balances and may be subject to minimums, fees, security checks, compliance review, processing times, and supported assets or networks. You are responsible for confirming the destination address. Completed blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
Suspension and prohibited use
You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, market manipulation, abuse, unauthorized access, or transactions on behalf of undisclosed third parties. We may delay, restrict, suspend, or close accounts to protect users, comply with law, investigate risk, or remedy a breach.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, providers, mining pools, networks, market conditions, security events, or force-majeure events may interrupt services. We may update supported assets, networks, fees, package availability, and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or registered contact details.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, market-value changes, blockchain congestion, third-party services, user address errors, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Termination, law, and disputes
You may stop using the platform subject to pending obligations, lock periods, and lawful account-retention requirements. The operator may terminate service for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Governing law, competent courts, complaint procedures, and any mandatory consumer protections are those stated in the operator’s company disclosures and applicable to your location.
